Yoga is a vast tool for self-discovery, and I enjoy sharing classes that provide the opportunity for people to tune into their bodies & quieten their mind. Through movement and breath work classes can help to readdress a physical or emotional balance, or simply as time away from a busy schedule. 

By using yoga to strengthen your whole wellbeing- my aim is for you to leave a session feeling more grounded and empowered.

I specialise in working with teens, encouraging them to move at a pace that truly honours their individual needs.

Additional training in teen-focused yoga and yoga therapy has provided me with skills to support their mental health both inside and outside of school- helping them to discover mindfulness, movement and self-awareness, in a way that feels accessible and engaging.

As a yoga therapist I provide a safe space in which to explore a specific need. Through a tailored, sensitive approach I work with clients to bring a clearer understanding of their issue and together we develop a centering practice. 

My work often revolves around mental & emotional issues, such as anxiety, depression, sleep or eating issues, addiction and trauma.​​

Why Yoga

The physical practice of Yoga is a balance of movement and breath work. The movement increases our strength and flexibility, but when synced with the breath we approach a mindful awareness establishing a connection within. To increase our wellbeing brings a deeper understanding of ourselves; of others and of our world. 

Yoga for Teens

Yoga for Teens is about empowerment through mindful movement. The connection with body and breath results in feelings of stability and being comfortable with who they during a time of transition.
