I run my own classes locally in North London, online and work with gym. Additionally, I work with clients who are looking for a more specific focus in one to one sessions.​​
Yoga Class at Martin Primary School
A 45 minute session for those who like to start the day with mindful gentle yoga at home
Combination of movement, postural practices, breathwork and guided relaxation working with your goal
Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow is a practice that incorporates static positions and slow flowing movements. This physical practice builds strength and flexibility, whilst syncing the movements with the breath to gain mindful awareness. Through enhancing our mind- body connection we offer our nervous system the chance to re-balance and increase our whole wellbeing.

Beginners/Intermediate level class
Gentle Yoga - Online
This is a class for those who want to practice at home but enjoy guidance & company.​
Asanas are more gentle and sequenced a little slower giving students the chance to feel the shape.
Each session incorporates breath work and offers a short meditation
Private Class
A session to work with your chosen focus. To deepen your practice; help manage an injury, or to support your self care.
After a simple evaluation we will move, breathe & rest as needed.
If required a short home practice can be provided.
