The men's class is a chance to practise yoga within a small male group. The intention is not on competing for flexibility, but to focus on strengthening the hips, back and core.
The sessions are always designed to encourage relaxation and a little bit of time out.
Hatha Yoga is about balancing a physical practice with the inner self. The movement increases our strength and flexibility, but when synced with the breath & a mindful awareness, we offer our nervous system the chance to re-balance.

Gentle Flow - Online
This is a class for those who want to practice at home but enjoy guidance & company.
Asanas are sequenced a little slower, they can flow or be static, giving the student the chance to feel the shape.
Breath work is encouraged throughout the session to achieve a grounding experience.
