Private classes available to suit your Teen needs. Focusing on the physical, or more of the mindfulness. This can either be a one-off class or as a tailored program.
Charm offers weekly classes locally in East Finchley, London
All are based at easily accessible locations in East Finchley.
In addition, Charm teaches Yoga at Nurseries, Primary Schools and Secondary Schools, either as a lunchtime class; an after school club or as a one-off visit.
Online courses for Teens wishing to complete 3 months of physical credits towards a Duke of Edinburgh Award.
1:1 classes are available in a private studio

About the Practice
Hatha Yoga is the balance of physical practice with an inner connection. The movement increases our strength and flexibility, but when synced with the breath we approach a mindful awareness. To increase our wellbeing brings a deeper understanding of others and of our world.
